We need your help again, but this time it’s been a bit of a surprise to me, as I know it is a big issue because it comes up in conversation all the time. At the SIAG meeting last week we were advised that we may have to drop the Awareness of ACC Entitlements Issue, as we have only received 4 letters that we can use as evidence. We received 6 letters but 2 of them we couldn’t draw any evidence from. And to prove to ACC that this is a relevant issue we need ten times that amount.
We had a quick brain storming session about it. Why we think it’s been so hard to get evidence from you, is because YOU DON’T KNOW, WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW. So try answering this question.
Was there some ACC entitlement you found out about too late to be of any use to you? If you knew about this entitlement earlier, would’ve it made your journey easier?
